Matri-Peeth came into existence in 2019, when a few like-minded Bengali families from the residential societies of Greater Noida West shared one dream: a Kali Bari of their own.
The mandir is the heart of that dream: a permanent stone home for Ma Durga and Ma Kali, with nitya puja, a nat-mandir and a courtyard where the whole community gathers. Registered as a public charitable trust with CSR and 80-G registration, every rupee given here goes back to Maa’s people.

Message from the Chairman
Chairman, Matri-Peeth Greater Noida West Kali Bari
The dream of having a Maa Kali temple in Greater Noida West has been in my mind ever since I shifted here in 2015. Matri-Peeth Kali Bari came into existence in 2019 with a few like-minded Bengali friends from different residential societies who shared the same dream.
The Bengali community is not complete without a Kali Bari of its own. Maa Kali’s temple is synonymous with Bengali existence, and alongside it we plan a library of Bengali literature, rooms for visiting students and a medical dispensary on the same campus.

Every square inch bought for Maa’s ground is recorded against the donor’s name in our Bhoomi Register, and every rupee is accounted for in the Trust’s books. As the mandir moves from drawings to foundations, our promise is simple: you will always be able to see where your offering went.
